Robert Staley - Expressing Life
Artist Profile

Much as his pen and ink drawing "Freedom" (shown above)
represents, Robert Staley started like as an escape artist.
Constantly escaping his crib and outwitting locked situations his
parents were sure would hold him, perhaps this was an early indication
of an artistic temperament.
Ask anyone who knows an artist - freedom ranks right up there as an
important value.

Then take a look at Robert's black and white rendition of
"Love Never Fails" or his "Mother and Child"
art work to get a glimpse of his interest in the human condition.
Robert Staley has studied people and his craft his whole life.
His official training was received through the University of Montana,
Studio Academy in Omaha and the Chicago Art Institute. After
nearly twenty years in Chicago, he and his wife relocated to the lovely
Springfield, Missouri area in the hills of the Ozarks, where he's
become known for his pointillism pen and ink drawings.
Robert would just as soon stay in his studio and create than go out and
promote his work and he's quick to proclaim his talent as a gift from
God. You find religious themes running through some of his clack
and white drawings. So, the new promotion offered by online art
gallery are perfect for this talented and somewhat reclusive drawing
artist.
